Luckily, the Sims community is full of talented people who create custom hairstyles, clothing, furniture, and even gameplay tweaks. It is great for keeping up with storylines. Ink for Yourself Custom Journal - A journal all sims can use. I also use srslysims cooking overhaul for more realistic grocery prices and meal ingredients. Real Estate (RE) - Is a real estate mod which helps tour sims price, market, and sell their homes instead of just jumping to a new house. You can store income in each seperate sim's account which will be seperate from your household funds using direct deposit. Sim National Bank (SNB) - Allows you to have a functioning banks staffed by NPCs who assist your character in opening an account, managing withdrawals and deposits, and taking out/paying loans. It also adds more precision to inheritance. Mortem - completely revamps the death process and adds functioning funeral homes. The SimRealist's mods are great for quality of life mods:
